Printer Lid Height
Printer Lid Height
Is there any mods or plans to raise the lid? I've been having trouble with my filament feeding into the extruder. It would help tremendously if the lid were a few inches taller so it didn't kink when it gets warm in there.

Re: Printer Lid Height
There is currently no plan on changing the top lid of the N-Series printers. There are a number of non-invasive printable mods out there for the top lid adjustment you might be able to use.

DIY solution, print 4 of these and have your local hardware store cut strips of acrylic to length to make a "lid extension" I've confirmed they fit well in the corners of the N2 and N2 Plus and will work. They have a lip that secures the upper lid. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:980261
