Ethernet and Gateway Issue

Hi. We've connected our Pro2 plus from an isolation network through a firewall to our office network. Inside the isolation network we can connect to the printer and ping it. From our office network we can't even ping the printer. All firewall rules are applied. We have checked that several times. It seems that the Touch don't connect to the gateway probably. When we turn on the printer, the printer is available for 20-30s through the firewall to our office network. But after that time, no ping is available. We've tested many settings such as: 10M, 100M, half and fullduplex and auto settings. Always the same behaviour.

What can be the problem that the printer is available only for 20-30s through Firewall?

We feel the issue should still be related to firewall and security settings.
Would you like to help confirm whether your office network doesn't allow UDP broadcast?
And please advise the brand and settings of your router, as well as the fireware settings.
