Would you like to share your .gcode and .date files with us so that we can run some tests on our side as well?

I did not save the gcode. But I did encounter it again when I placed parts on left and right side of the build plate, but within the safe area.

If you could test this? just place a bit large circle that is at the right side of the build plate, but within the safe area and try to print.
The strange thing is that it printed the first layer, but the next layer it got a crash message. But I did notice it was not able to print a perfect circle on the first layer, so it was outside the area it could print just not gave a warning.
