Connection to RaiseCloud lost after power outage

Our school has two printers; Pro 2 and a Pro 2 Plus. We recently had two power outages and upon power restore we had lost the connection to RaiseCloud. I have been able to restore the internet connection to the Pro 2, but not the Plus. They are currently hardwired to our network. On the Pro 2 I , unbinded the printer, disconnected the ethernet, cycled power, reconnected the cable, connected to the ethernet using the touchscreen, and rebinded the printer using the USB key. I have tried the same steps on the Pro 2 Plus without success. Is there something that I am missing or a better solution to reconnecting the printer to RaiseCloud?

Sorry abou the issue. Please try to input your account and password to bind your printers.
If it still doesn't work, please help export the log file and share with our agent on http://help.raise3d.com.

You can export the log file from Settings (the gear icon at top right corner) -> More Settings -> Raise Cloud -> RAISE CLOUD Log -> Export.
