IdeaMaker doesn't see printer

The printer looks like it is connected to the network, but the ideamaker software can't connect to the printer. I'm not sure where to start.

Can you see your printer under the droplist for choosing a printer to connect?
If so, is there any error message pop up when trying to connect your printer?

No. Nothing appears in the droplist.

Are you using Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
If you are using Wi-Fi, would you like to disable DHCP option and see whether issue is gone or not?
If you are using Ethernet, would you like to disable WLAN option and see whether issue is gone or not?

I am using a wireless connection. I can ping the printer from another computer, but the printer says it is disconnected, and it does not appear in the dropdown list in the software.

Go to the printer panel and choose WIFI. Try to turn it OFF and ON and choose the right connection. Common issue.

I've done that several times. I've switched from wired to wireless and back. Nothing has made any difference.

The printer is on the network. I can see it on the router, and I can ping it from my computer. The Raise3d software, however, cannot find it on the network.

If you manually put all information of your printer here, can it be connected properly?
