Sequential Printing - left extruder only?

Postby tja » Sun Apr 14, 2019 8:53 pm

Hi Vicky

I'm trying to lay out some parts for sequential printing using the right extruder only, but IM3.4.0.2855 beta won't let me. It keeps changing the parts to the left extruder, without actually telling me that it has done so. I understand that I can't print dual extruder parts sequentially, because the popup message tells me 'Sequential Printing only allows single extruder...', but it doesn't say only the left extruder is allowed.

Please clarify

Cheers

If you want to use right extruder, you need to replace T0 to be T1 in Gcode Postprocess. Please pay attention to the print boundary for both nozzles. Left nozzle cannot reach to the boundary of right nozzle at right side, the same to right nozzle which cannot reach to the boundary of left nozzle at left side.
