CAMERA VIDEO

Postby Redron357 » Sun Apr 14, 2019 7:32 pm

Hello all,
1 Camera is installed setting correct as per Raise3D support Kevin. on the dash board I see the short video and I export it and all I get is a Picture of the bed, no print video.
2 camera is clear at something close to the lens but where the printing is done seems like the lens is out of focus.

All this was done...
For timelapses, you will first have to enable the setting to export it to external storage. You will have to navigate to Settings -> More Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Enable Exporting Timelapse FIles to External Storage. Once that setting is enabled, you can then navigate to the Print tab and go to the Dashboard where you can see a history of your prints. You can export the timelapse to a connected USB drive through the icon shown in the attached image. The file will export out in .mp4 format. Keep in mind that these instructions are according to Raisetouch version 1.2.0 so you may need to update if you do not see that option

Would you like to share us the video or image you export from touchscreen so that we can help check what's going on?
Is it possible to have the out of focus lens issue also shown in a video?

If you rotate the lens you can change the focus point of the image. Had to do this with my Pro2

Please update your RaiseTouch firmware to be the latest version we have in our download center. It has added exporting mp4 file type for time-lapse.

Is there something I'm missing? I updated to the latest firmware last week and have ideaMaker 3.4.0 and when I go to export video I only have the mjpg option in the dropdown menu.

Thanks!

Currently only the exporting from touchscreen supports MP4 type. It is a feature we haven't added into ideaMaker. Will add it into developing list.

let me add data, I can go to the dashboard and see and play the video in the dashboard, but after I export the video there is only a still image. I use VLC player to open the file.
