Fan Duct Support

Postby Vicky@Raise3D » Wed Aug 03, 2016 7:54 am

Dear Raisers,

We find a serious problem of the printed fan duct for side cooling fan these days:
The support of fan duct hasn't been removed in our factory.

Please check whether the fan ducts on your printer have such problem. If so, please peel the support off. It may affect cooling effect for your prints.

It's a serious problem. We have traced the responsibility in our factory. We will lay the fan duct down to print and won't allow such problem happen again.

We apologize for this problem. :(

Speaking of, why are the STL's not in the downloads section, seems like it would be simpler for everyone if we did not need to ask every time or search around on the forum for a post with the links.

It's pinned in the General - Announcements section.
Should be in the Hardware Forum really!

I agree this should be in the downloads section. Not every user is on the forums.
