Bug under support generation in ideaMaker

Postby ilya_one_ » Wed Jul 15, 2020 11:16 am

Yesterday I founded very interesting bug, the problem is definitely in ideaMaker (incorrect support generation), not only in the last version (I performed slicing on all versions started with 3.3.0  )

I had a need to print ps4 stand fat version (here it is - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1451878) for my friend, but something had been going wrong

After model slicing, support layers, which are printed by the second extruder are displayed correctly in ideaMMMaker, but another slicer and 3d printer don't think so) in reality supports were moved in the strange way) I checked the code, generated by ideamaker in another slicer, and it showed me what is going on in fact.

What Do You think about this strange things, guys?)

Would you like to check the XY offset set in your touchscreen and printer settings in ideaMaker?
You can share us your .gcode file if you need us to have take a look for your settings.
