Webcam window partly obscured

Postby tja » Wed Feb 12, 2020 12:49 pm

Hi Vicky
I use RaiseCloud a lot to monitor my prints, frequently on my iPad. Why is the webcam view partly obscured by the white text boxes, when the iPad is in landscape?
1. Could they be moved to the bottom of the screen?
2. They would be more useful as a dashboard if they had Percentage Complete, Height and Time Left indication, rather than temperatures

Can I change these in preferences somewhere?

Sorry for the issue. We are trying to optimize the camera features in RaiseCloud now.
The issue will be fixed in next version for iPad.
Thanks for your support!

About the suggestions you brought up relaetd to Dashboard, if you want to start a print on a printer binded on RaiseCloud, the Printer Detail page will show Estimated Time to Complete, Height and Percentage Complete. If the print hasn't begun, these information won't be shown on Printer Detail.
Please start a print and advise whether you are looking for other features added.
