I want to print with colorFabb nGen because the properties (heat resist, easy to print, robust) sound good for me.
But I don't have good results.
The print quality looks very good without stringing. But the parts are not strong. The parts are very brittle.
I change my print settings especial the manual fan slider. Also I tested different part orientations - no strong impact.
These are my print settings:
- print temp: 235 °C
- Bedtemp: 70-85 °C (no different results)
- resolution: 0,1 mm
- print speed.: 40-50 mm/s
- fan opening: 0 to 100 %
Somebody print colorFabb nGen on his Raise3D N1 and can tell me the settings?
