Factory reset printer
I lost the secure password and the flash drive that has the backup on it how can I preform a factory reset on it so I can change the password?

Re: Factory reset printer
In this case, I recommend rolling back the touchscreen firmware to a very early firmware version. Doing this should remove the secure password setting from the firmware and when updating back to the latest, the setting will then be available again. Below is the link to our firmware release page. Please ensure to download the proper rollback mirror and firmware version that corresponds to your printer:https://www.raise3d.com/download/raisetouch-all-versions/

Re: Factory reset printer
What would be an alternative if we’ve never updated the printers before?

Re: Factory reset printer
The only other way to address this issue would be to create a support ticket and send us your printer's credential file. Once one of our tech support agents reaches out to our RaiseTouch development team, that team will then remove the setting from the printer's credential file and send it back to the tech support agent to have you then restart the printer with the file on a USB drive. Please keep in mind that this may be a longer process than following the previously mentioned method as our development team is located overseas in a different time zone. If you'd still like to move forward with this method, please make a support ticket here: https://help.raise3d.com/support/home
