Potential cooling issue?

Postby rsnelgrove » Sat Feb 25, 2023 4:54 pm

Printing the Raise3D temperature ladder object and experiencing an issue that seems to be occurring on one side of the model only.

The right-hand side prints more or less perfectly, while the left-hand side has the edges of each level curling upward, leading to frequent collisions with the nozzle.

Please see image.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Printer: Raise3D Pro3
Filament: Raise3D PLA
Nozzle: 0.6 mm
Bed Temperature: 60°C
Nozzle Temperature: level A (bottom) 210°C
