Weird output "debugging"

Postby cramredan » Mon Aug 01, 2022 3:10 pm

Hi everybody,

I experience a weird problem on one of my two Raise E2 printers, on standard PLA.

I cannot get my test part to print correctly on one Raise, whereas it prints super-fine on the other. Same settings, same templates, same material, same extruders etc. etc.

As you can see on this image, the first 40 (or so) layers are printed fine, and then, the next layers are a mess.
Just note that this always happen roughly at the 40th layer level...

I double-checked the extruder and it is not clogged. I pruged it of previous ASA jobs, at 240°C so that it is clean of any left ASA material.

If anybody has a clue of whats hapenning here...

Can you share the Gcode file for this print so I can see how ideamaker sliced the file and see if there is any clues on to what is happening here.
