Postby support » Mon Nov 22, 2021 3:26 pm

Dear Raise3D Vicky/Steven,

Can you help to review and test print based on this idea file & printing setting and specific look at ironing effect on 8th layers, and right after 8th layer nozzle get stuck on 9th layer, after few layer onwards it become noodle mess on the printer bed.

I try to print it twice, it seems happen at the same layer right after ironing on the 8th layer.

Looking forward to your respond and advice on this.

Warm regards,
Gene

Thank you for the update. It looks like the material is jamming and this could be for a few reasons such as too high of an extruder tension, the front fan dying, or could be a material issue. Can you confirm if the front fan is functioning properly and can you try resetting your extruder tension by following this guide https://support.raise3d.com/Pro2-Series ... 4-516.html
