Z-banding ...NEED HELP!

Postby tulipua » Tue Dec 25, 2018 8:41 am

N2 Plus with Bondtech and fans upgrade like Pro2
48 hrs for checking no ideas more
maybe hardware on the bottom printer...I don't know...

- I tried different brands of Filament and measured diameters.
- printed with parts fan off or on doesn't make a difference
- PID tuned the hotend
- cleaned extruder Housing
- checked spring tension of extruder
- tried different extrusion multipliers
- Checked voltages on stepper drivers (0.5v on the extruders, as should be after the bondtech upgrade)
- Heated bed is level.
tried different printing temperatures and speeds

Did you start having similar issue after installing Bondtech or you had similar before with original extruder?
Have you tuned the E-step value after installing Bondtech? That will affect your extrusion.
