Hi all,
This is my first post here, so please excuse any mistakes from my side and feel free to move this post to another category, if not chosen accordingly.
I am currently printing the attached Cable Holder with the Raise3D PLA (black). I just used the standard highest quality settings for this filament on a Raise3D Pro2. Previous prints with other colours were quite successful, but this one turned out really bad. There is a lot of stringing and one of the two sides of the spiral gets printed with lots of bulk.
I hope you can help me with this one, as I'm quite new to printing anyhow.
Best Regards,
Henning

Re: Help me with a standard PLA Print
hi,
If the other colours were with the same PLA it may be the nozzle that gets old or the filament that gets bad after a while openned.
Lets retry with other colours again.
If you got stringing with the other that worked it's certainly the nozzle.

Re: Help me with a standard PLA Print
different colors of materials can sometimes have different properties due to the dye used for each color so it is possible you may need to reduce the temperature of the material for your print.
