So, I've never had any issues with my Raise3D pro2, printing both PLA and ABS with no complaints.
Recently, due to the response to COVID-19 I attempted to print the AirAngel to assist some doctors with intubating patients. During this print the material got stuck in the extruder. I had to take down the hotend to clear it. Since i have done this however, I cannot seem to get the printer to complete good prints.
I believe it is something I may be doing incorrectly with calibrating the machine. I am not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached an image my latest attempt to print a door lock.
Bed temp: 100
Nozzle temp: 250

It seems like there may be a partial clog inside the nozzle or something not allowing the filament to flow properly. Can you try run the ABS through loading sequence to see if there are any issues with the flow of the material.
