Feature request: Fuzzy Skin (Rough appearance)

I have seen a function which may be interesting for some models, Cura incorporated it in 2018. "Fuzzy" offers a rough finish.
My request is if Raise3D can incorporate it

KISSlicer v2 incorporated some interesting one amazing function:
Surface Textures - Random 3D Nise and/or user selected depth map textures can be applied to surfaces.
