What it the nozzle and bed temperature you are using? for which material?
You are right and increasing the gap will make it easier to peel.

I did set Raft Gap to 0.30mm, this is much better...
Bed is 90°C, nozzle 250°C for REAL PETG.

How do I know if my printer comes with a V2 hotend? I just ordered a N1 with dual extruders from 3dprima here in Sweden. Since they had one in stock. And your shop didn't. (Nor has any information when they would be available again).

The most obvious difference between V1 and V2 should be the amount of plate on heat sink.

Here is V1. Only has 6 plates on heat sink.

Here is V2. Has 7 plates on heat sink.

Hi Vicky,

I've downloaded and printed the stl-file for the tool.
Even if the print looks usable I had to recognize that the head of the throat tube does not fit into
the hole in the tool. That one seems to be just a bit too tight.
Might be some tolerance of the printer. However - is there a drawing available of that
tool so one could change dimensions a bit and print it to fit?

I will recommend to start from cube first. Then measure the X and Y size with caliper. And set the X Y compensation under Printer -> Printer Settings. Then test the cube again. Until it reaches the correct size.
Then print the fixture for hotend.
