Our N1 had not been connected to the the power grid for a few months so the battery went completely empty.
When we wanted to take it back into operation, we had the touch-function only in the upper half of the display, the lower doesn't react any more but the picture is still there. I think, the area that doesn't react is about 20mm from the edge. The reboot didn't help unfortunately.
When I look at the settings I now see a battery voltage of 3,6V but I don't know, if this is enough.

Do you have any suggestions what to do?

Connect a wired mouse and test whether all the buttons on screen can work or not and whether it is able to complete one print with no issue. If so, then there should only be having issue with touchscreen but not other boards or cables.

I have an N1 with this too, has been sitting idle for a long time so battery was empty. Now the screen doesn't work, only the settings icon on the top right reacts but then nothing works after that. Tried a mouse and that can click all functions. Also, I updated to the latest touch screen firmware. The printer has been on for the better part of the day but still doesn't react to touch.

So what next, I'm printing something now so it will be on longer - should that maybe fix it? Or do I have to reset or do something else?

If the touchscreen partially loses its touch function, and reset and firmware update doesn't help, it will be more likely to hardware issue.
You can test with wired mouse connected to touchscreen. If all the control functions on touchscreen work with no issue, then the screen itself only loses the touch function.

The touch screen still doesn't work, no area reacts to touch.. The printer hasn't been used a lot, is this somehow fixable?

Have you tested with connecting a wired mouse onto touchscreen to see whether you can control the printer or not?

Is a wired mouse different than a wireless mouse in this case? In my first post I mentioned I tried a mouse and that I can use that to control the printer..

Sometimes the screen can't install the driver on wireless mouse. If your screen can be controlled by a mouse to cover all the function, then the issue should be only related to touchscreen. All the other boards and cables should be still functional.
To fix the touch issue fully, you may need to consider to get a new touchscreen.

So, how can I order a new screen for the N1?

I am trying to find out how to replace the screen but I have to show the invoice and where it was bought (support insists the reseller should help me), why should it be this hard to order? It's not like the printer wasn't made by Raise3D. It's your product right?

I already gave the serial number so you should be able to see it was bought directly from Raise3D.. A bit annoying to be honest, I first tried some resellers and they also are no help at all in getting this screen fixed. And now I get more questions than answers from Raise3D - I gave all the info already.

I believe the reason why they are asking the invoice is want to double confirm when did you bought the printer to see whether it is still covered under warranty or not.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks but it was bought at Raise3D. Now I was forwarded to another reseller, I was quoted that it will cost more than €500!

Seems a bit high.. The machine was rarely used and bought in 2017 so no warranty (as expected so I was willing to buy a replacement) but these are SSYS prices :o

I received my Raise Pro2 plus today, and I am very dissapointed.
Just unpacked the delivery and wanted to start it up.

But Display is not working! Since it is already a quarter to nine in Germany I can't reach to company I bought it from.
How can that be?

Reading all this about display etc on the forum, makes me want to return the printer to the dealer.
I was so excited about this machine, but reading all this makes me very dissapointed.

It could be the tablet battery needs to be charged well, I hope your screen will work after getting some power. I'm sure Raise3D can help you with this.
