Hi!
I've got my N2 still 2 days ago and obtain a lot wrong attemtps to print.
In this way I've decide to check bed leveling.
Pls see on photos and tell me - is it normal that hotbed have around 0.8-1 mm of roughness?
I am asking in case of my dealer that selled my printer tell that is not bad in any way. But I am printing on other printers more than 4 years and have some experience on it.

The bed is leveled and tested at the factory. Depending on where you are the printer may be shipped multiple times. Some times the bed will require truing after transport.

Here are instructions on how to True the bed.

Do you mean that I can perform this truing with no warranty void?
Why I ask - I an do not sure thar my dealer save the warranty if I do turn any screw.

Tell me please which operations I can perform with no warranty void. Because from brand new my printer have unleveled bed, freezing touchscreen and broken Y end stop. Can I fix it by my own?

I would suggest you make contact with your supplier, since the warranty is directly provided by agent to their customers. We only provide spare parts to our agents according to the case they or their customers meet if needed.

Bull shit Brandon!!! And you know it! This is such a stupid attempt to blame someone else. Let me tell you why! If there would be and "transportation" issue than only one side would lean up or down and the whole frame would be bended. In a NO WAY the printbed could bend in a concave shape during a transport. Plus the 10-15cm thick styrofoam that you use in packaging is quite a good protection.
So instead of fooling around just admit that your factory guys didn't do the proper job! Not to mention than you put the "locking glue" on every single screw that holds the printbed.
And if you continue to blame the transportation, than this means, that your frame is very weak and prone to deform easily- thus a crap!

So to all Rais3D-personel cut your bullshit!

Transport, always transport ... When you buy a car abroad, it does not arrive with the punctured tires. You send us back every time most people follow the instructions that do not solve the underlying problem at all. Admit finally that the setting of the tray is a real problem, that it was made to go fast in China and perhaps not even controlled. You were wrong in designing this tray, do not be ashamed to admit it because it is obvious.
