Filament tube sticking

Postby Kobar » Wed Jul 29, 2020 3:39 pm

Hello,
while tinkering a bit, my filament tube is sticking out too much on the spool-side and it is sitting kinda tight on the motor-/print-side.

So I thought its pretty easy to push it back but it seems that I can press it only further to the bad side which gives me even less space. There seems to be a mechanism which holds it tight when I want to push it to the other side. I also see pressure rings (pink)

Pressing or pulling the blue ring seems to do nothing.

What am I missing?

Best wishes

It's possible that the quick coupler is damaged or broken. You should be able to push the tube down further and pull the quick coupler completly off the re-install the guide tube to the proper length.
