If gently hand move the extruder from origin point to center, is that any stuck or not?

check out the directions for aligning your rods on top they may be a bit skewed after shipping - on mine the pulleys were off

I had a slight noise when printing, so I adjusted the axes following the procedure and now I have the same problem!

However, I move the extruders very easily by hand to prove that the axes are well aligned.

The extruder also moves very easily in the X and Y from the tectile screen but I can no longer bring it back to the origins. It stops in a hell of a noise!

Is there a way to fix this problem quickly?

The same suggestion as walshlg. Support system is the quickest way for us to know your problem.
You can start a ticket there and there will have one engineer help follow your case one-to-one.

I did yesterday, I look forward to the response while taking into account the jet lag. In any case it is the same problem as scienzk.

By the way, is my English understandable knowing that I use a lot (uh, all the time actually!) Google Translate?

Thank you Vicky.
