Strangest thing, my N2 printer was working fine until about a week ago when suddenly my printer just began stopping at random points during prints. The hotends and heatbed remain hot while it just sits there, not moving, not extruding. I manually power-cycle and afterwards the screen reads "We encountered a serial error during last build!" and also provides options to recover, restart, or cancel the current task. I used to select recover until today when the printer wont even go 15 minutes without getting hung up again.... Please help!
Whether your screen was controllable by touching at that moment?
No, the screen isn't controllable before manually restarting.
Might be some issue related to touchscreen. Would you like to open a support ticket to contact our technicians at http://help.raise3d.com?
