Bug: Platform additions ignore layer start point.

Layer Start Point Type: Fixed
Layer Start Point X: 0
Layer Start Point Y: 125 (half of print area Y length)
Place Seam On: Reflex of Convex Corner
Avoid Placing Seams on Overhangs: Ticked

The start layer point for platform additions (rafts, brims and skirts) ignores the layer start point settings.
See the attached images and gcode.
It appears that the start layer point for platform additions is hard coded to 0X 0Y, which in this case is the bottom left corner of the print area.
While my settings are configured so that the start point is the left center.
