Incorrect slicing IdeaMaker 4.3.2 with complex model

Not so log time ago, IdeaMaker could slice an older Version of this Model correct, but the result was poor:

correct slicing, poor result

I made a lot of changes in the slice parameter to improve the printquality. I could print more then 10 times the model.
But at the end, I changed the textsize of "1660".
After this change, I'm not able to slice the Model correct in IdeaMaker.
