HELLLP!!! Pro3 Motion Controller Firmware???

I've downloaded the newest motion controller firmware (1.3.0411, currently on 1.1.0111), but when I transfer it to the usb root directory, it gives me a "The file has properties that can't be copied to this location". I continue through this, but the printer wont detect the firmware download AT ALL. I formatted the usb to NTFS (saw this was a firmware option online), and the "The file has properties that can't be copied to this location" fault no longer appeared, but the POS printer still won't see the firmware! I formatted it back and the ""The file has properties that can't be copied to this location" has reappeared again, still not showing up on the local update screen for motion controller software. That the f*ck am I doing wrong this time? Is this download corrupt? Can I get it anywhere else?
