So I don't know if it's a setting somewhere or what, but this is a vanilla PETG profile that I generated on ideamaker.io. The problem is that the first layer of the top solid fill layers does not extend to the inner shell edges, and so the material that is not supported on both sides by infill just floats in space and drops or blobs or otherwise causes print issues. See the image below, note the grey line between the orange solid fill layer prints... This is causing me quite a bit of wasted filament and ruined projects.

I'll note that I have infill set to 10% and using honeycomb, but the results are the same not matter the infill setting

Would you like to share the .idea, .gcode and .date files of this print with us?

You may need to increase the Solid Fill Expansion to be more than 2 times of the extrusion width, for example, 1.0mm for this model.
