Support placed in the module

Hi there,

The support generated for my model is placed wrong (see pic).
I don't know whats the problem, because I have another (almost similar) model next to it and in this case the support is placed correct.
Do you know what might be problem?

We already tried different data-types but the problem stays the same.
I'm not sure if ideamaker indentifies the model as full body-model, because the colors of both models are different, why?

I'm looking foreward for you answers.

It looks like the model that is yellow has flipped normals causing the model to not slice properly. To fix this you can select the model and then at the top of ideamaker select repair and flip mesh orientation.
