Stringing between the support pillars

I have noticed that there is often a lot of stringing between the support columns.

I think it is due to this option? What do you think? Should be disabled or?

You will need to select Rectilinear as Support fill.
It will depend of the filament type. If it is not causing a lot extra stringing, you can enable Avoid Unnecessary Retraction in Support.
