Duplication & Mirror (GCode Not Correct)

Hello,

I am using ideaMaker 4.1.0 Beta on my TenLog TL-D3 Pro Printer and everything works great except Duplication and Mirroring. After a bit of trial and error, I went and exported the GCode and inspected it only to find it is printing using the S1 method regardless of which mode you print it. Is there any way to include S1 for normal printing S2 for duplication and S3 for mirroring? Or is there an option I am missing where I could enable or update that accordingly? Sorry in advance if I posted this query in the wrong location and thank you in advance for any and all help.

Well the problem is the correct GCODE is not sent in duplicate mode to the printer. So what is happening is the printer is not understanding the that the second extruder should also be preheated and printed since It is in duplication mode. The proper way to address this would be changing the GCODE S1 to S2 and for mirroring S1 to S3 respectively. I have yet to find a place where I could update that GCODE through the software or give it conditional parameters.

The current Mirror Duplication Mode is designed based on Raise3D E2 printer. If you are printing with other printer, you can replcae the related code under advanced settings -> gcode -> postprocess.

Thank you for responding. I looked at the postprocess GCODE already but it seems that is ran after the initial S1 is set. Not sure if changing it after will causes issues. Is it possible to request the option to make duplication use S2 and mirroring use S3? In a future release?

I can make one really fast. If you look at the 3 files I have attached the first one is single example code which omits the M605 S1 which wouldn't matter because by default it is set to S1. The duplication I sent includes M605 S1 on line 14 but S1 is not for duplication but rather for single extrusion. The correct duplication.gcode attached shows the proper Gcode for duplication which I manually updated. It is on line 14 M605 S2. Mirror is the same issue but instead of M605 S2 it is M605 S3. Let me know if you would like anything else from me.

I apologize for the delay. I was not aware that you responded. I have choose marlin as the firmware under printer settings. Which is why the regular printing is working correctly. Is there any way we could address the issue mentioned?

We will update this feature in next version.
With selecting Firmware under Printer Settings to be Marline and enabling Indepelendent Dual Extrusion, ideaMaker will output gcodes to ask M605 follow S1-regular, S2-duplicate, S3-Mirrow.
