If not changing the Top Surface Layer to be 0, the Solid Fill will be divided to two parts.

This option is mainly for when infill is Grid or solid fill is Lines, applying Coasting in Infill or Soliid Fill.
If you have model can't print out with properly related to the feature, please share .gcode, .data and .idea files with us.

I downloaded shared files and sliced with different settings (get template via idea file). Unchecking this option works. Для чего бы эта настройка не предназначалась
