I would prefer if brim adds to a solid model not just supports... (it is useless in my situation)

If all these gaps being filled up, the brim won't be very easy to take off from the actual model any more.
Or you are having other issues more critial than removing the brim from the model after print complete? Would you like to advise more information?

OR
maybe we could use the setting "only internal brim" so as not to spoil the external perimeter with brim's lines of material ?!
with certain models this is could be useful.

If only using Brim for internal structures, then the warping on the edges will be hard to avoid.
