Very slow positioning before printing

Postby santro » Fri Sep 06, 2019 1:56 pm

Hi all, hope this question is ok
I totally love the ideamaker software to slice but I am using a CR-10s Pro printer.
What happens is when I select print and have auto level on it goes threw and checks all the level spots and finishes in the back right hand corner where it pushes out some filament to like pre-load it I guess. But then it moves at a really really slow speed to the front left corner where it then travels at normal speed to it's start position. Apart from the frustration of waiting forever for the print to start the print head ozzies and by the time it actually starts printing it can do a full circuit around the brim before filament comes out again.

So how can I speed up the travel from current head position to home front left?
How to I have it do the pre load of filament at front left position just before it starts printing?
