[BUG][IM-] Printer settings, X/Y Compensation

Postby IMDIMA » Thu Sep 27, 2018 8:47 am

Title: In Printer settings, X/Y Axis Compensation don't work properly

Description: When you change the compensation in the "printer settings", this compensation seems to be done along the X and Y axes of the 3D model and not according to the X and Y axes of the printer, it's a problem when doing rotations on the 3D models inside Ideamaker, this happens when you use the "World transform" tab or the "Local TRansform" tab on "Rotate" tool.

Version: [3.1.71850]
Language: [English]
Operation System: [Windoxs 10 Pro]
GPU: [GTX 1080]
Screen Resolution: 1920 x 1080

How to trigger the bug: : Put a 3D model like a rectangular parallelepiped on the plateform, set the compensation to 100% in x / y in "printer settings", start the slice -> no worries
Turn this piece 90 ° on the X axis, slice -> no worries
Change the X and Y axis compensation to 99% (for exemple) in "printer settings", start the slice -> warning message "test.stl is not on the build plate plateform and has no support, do you want to add support structures ?"
Use the "Move" tool to put it "On plateform" then slice -> same issue "is not on the buid plate..."

Expected Result: To avoid errors in the axis rotations, the X / Y compensation of the "printer settings" tab must NOT be done on the 3D model but only when generating the Gcode by compensation on the X and Y coordinates for moving the machine.
