I have a piece with a complex geometry. I have cut a part of it in order to try some print settings. See it as a pie part but replace the pie with a hollow, bottomless, cone. I am trying to set IdeaMaker so that both the bottom and ceiling(s) are detected as bridges. However they are always detected as solid fill (see animated .gif below - double click on the .gif to open it in another tab and see the animation). Is there any way to achieve this? Please note that the flat cylinder on the bottom is sliced as an other group.
Can't make what should be bridges detected as such

Do you mind share us your .idea .gcode and .data file?

Hi,
Watch the 'Other' tab in Template
Enable Bridging Detection
Is it set to ON ?
Minimal Allowed Bridging Area
Set it to the lowest you can
Maximum Supported Area Percentage
Set it to the higher you can
And disable 'Enable Fixed Bridging Angle' to let IdeaMakler apply the best direction for the bridges.
