Raise Touch Version 1.5.4 on Pro2

Hi,
my printers just notified me that there is a firmware update available - but on the website i can ony find the Software for the Pro3.
Any Info on the Update or is this an Error ?

It is clearly an error on the part of Raise3D. The update is UNFORTUNATELY not for our Pro2! It's annoying that Raise hasn't commented on this yet. Unfortunately, as far as updates go, I'm afraid the Pro2 is dead.

Get used to it. If you ask me my pro3 plus 20weeks old is dead. I’m in contact with Raise3D about issues, but I don’t get any decent feed back. The moment you pay it’s over for Raise3D. Raise3D like to have business users with unlimited budget and no complains. Have a look at there side, only success stories how great they are.

I am sorry that the update was pushed to the Pro2 printers by mistake and it is safe to ignore it at this time.
