EXTRUDER CONTROLLER BOARD SUCKS!!!

So we had our Pro3 extruder controller board fail. I installed the new one correctly, but when I powered the printer up, the left extruder immediately starts to heat up. Light turns orange and everything. Home screen only shows the bed for adjustment, the two extruders temps are grayed out and do not display. Hit the reset button on the board, same thing. Tried downloading the newest board firmware 1.3.0411 (currently running 1.1.0111), but get "The file has properties that can't be copied to this location" and printer wont see the firmware file. Tried it in NTFS format too, still wouldn't see it. Anyone else experience this?
