Initial Setup Problem

I just unboxed my E2, plugged it in, hooked it up and started the setup routine. After it finished step 5, it asked me if I wanted to print a test print, but that isn't what I was expecting. I was hoping it would tell me things like how to install the spool holders, load filament and to do initial axis calibration. I told it not to print the initial print and now don't know what to do.

Where do those other instructions come into play? Can I get back to the initial setup screens and start over?
