I'm am having constant clogging on my E2 hot end. As you can see from the photo the end of the filament is getting wide and stuck in the hot end. What is causing this? please help https://photos.app.goo.gl/1LWV68aTNgDksxEL8

Would you be able to share a few images of the printhead without the cover? I have attached a photo showing how to remove the cover. Please get detailed images of the hotend as well.

My apologies for the miscommunication, would you be able to provide a few detailed images of the physical hotend as well? I would like to check for any type of leaks.

Re: E2 constant clogging
I'm am having constant clogging on my E2 hot end too (mostly pla) ,but not on raise3d filament.
But low temp pla clogs a lot. Too many and to fast retractions. all high temp pla is good for printing.
ABS super good for printing.

What brand of PLA are you having issues with? Also, does the jam occur early on in the print or is it random?

Re: E2 constant clogging
I had the same problems with low temp PLA. maybe reduce the retraction distance if you are not willing to invest in the copperhead system with improved heatbreak.
