Is it possible to turn off chamber fan in printer settings?

You mean the filter fan or PSU fan?

The filter fan. We want to increase build volume temperature.

You can have it off when the printer is idle on touchscreen. Not sure whether it is what you are looking for not it.

I think OP was asking if you could disable the back filter fan during printing so that the chamber temperature increases and reduces warping of filaments like ABS.
I'm also curious if this is possible...or if we have to physically disconnect the fan.

At this time there is no way to dsiable the filter fan while the machine is printing. Also, there should be no concern with the filter fan pulling enough air out of the chamber to cool down the prints. The machine is fully encloused so as long as you are printing at the correct temperatures there should be no issues. There is a connector that can be unpluged if the fan ever need to be swapped, however we do not recomend unplugging the fan while printing.

Thanks Vicki. I may unplug mine to test and see if it improves things and reduces warping a bit for ABS and Nylon.
The axial fan does seem to push out quite a bit of airflow. These fans typically don't work well in high static pressure situations, which means that if it's moving air out, it's definitely pulling air in.

Just an update - I have unplugged my fan since I mostly print with ABS & PC with great success.

I am only printing PLA at the moment and after removing the Hepa filter I have the fan running all the time, but I keep the lid and door closed. I just assumed it would be better to have fresh air sucked in via the holes in the bottom of the filament compartment and constantly moving across the print than just relying on convection with the top open and the fan pulling the warm air back down into the chamber.
So if as you say about fans pulling air in from a static pressure environment it seems a better way for me to print PLA.
So if anyone can recommend a quieter direct replacement fan unit it would be appreciated.

read this thread, solution is on page 3, they have connected the fan to wrong connector.
