Like LogicEthos mentioned, you can order from R3D online store and make sure to select EU warehouse. Anything uncertain, welcome to shoot us an email sales@raise3d.com. Thanks!

Please choose the EU as the warehouse, so the shipping cost will be reasonable as you described.

Please check the "shipping method" page with your address. The shipping cost from EU and CN is not the same.

I think the point that was trying to be raised is $25usd shipping for a nozzle that weighs 2.10g is not reasonable. at lease provide an alternative shipping option for the small items.

The shipping prices for China warehouse and EU warehouse are exactly the same. So e.g. even for shipping an N1 from the UK to the UK, the choice is between $180 for ground shipping and $320 for air shipping (wtf?):

There are 2 shipping rates available for EC2R 6AB, United Kingdom, starting at $ 180.00 USD.

DHL From EU(UK) Warehouse at $ 180.00 USD
Air Shipping by DHL ( You can get it in about 1 week after delivery) at $ 320.00 USD
The exact same text and prices are displayed if you select the China warehouse. Actually selecting the China warehouse has no effect whatsoever. However everything in the above text tells us there is either no EU warehouse or it's only used for customs handling. The prices and times given there clearly don't make sense for shipment within the EU. So it looks like the customers pay for the shipping from China.
Note that considering EU taxes and these extremely high shipping costs, at least the N1 reaches a price which is quite a bit higher than comparable printers from established companies. Comparisons for N2 are more difficult, but with a price quite a bit above 3000€, it's a few hundred Euros pricier than a Cubicon Single and enters the price range of printers which are targeted at industrial customers like CubePro or GRR V350.
-> You should really reconsider the shipping costs for Europe as they are insane and could hurt your business.
Anyway, I think it's pretty important to find (more) local resellers in Europe.

The $180 means shipping the printer with others printers in same batch by boat to EU warehouse, then ground shipping to customer's hand. So it's including boat shipping cost from China and group shipping cost from EU warehouse.
The $320 means shipping the printer directly from China by air.

So, yeah, that's what I suspected. Still it's very confusing to let people select the European warehouse and then ship from China anyway.
And what's the reason to claim there are e.g. five N1 in stock in the EU warehouse but ground shipping a few kilometers could take 6-8 weeks?
Anyway, it's uncommon and distorts the pricing to force customers to pay the shipment from China. You should really set up a proper distribution line and advertise the actual price that already includes your internal (shipping etc.) costs.

oxdeadbeef, I suspect they have to list some inventory for the EU warehouse. If they don't, the shopping cart would not let you order it.

Yes, the shipping cost is too high, I wanted to order some fans and nozzles but will not since the shipping is too high.
I don´t need to have it express shipped to my door by DHL, I prefer not to since I am mostly not home to receive the shipment when they deliver. Ordinary postal service where I have to pick it up at my post office is just fine for small parts. A lot of seller from china on eBay can do free shipping on small things, sure it takes some time but I am in no hurry.

I ordered plate, Buildtak, nozzles, electronic components: a box of spares.
Shipping was $25 from the UK to Germany wich is a regular price for sending a bigger not so heavy package thru Europe.

Nah, Royal Mail small parcel is < £6 (£5.55 or something like that). So $24 is a few hundred percent above the usual price.
If I understand the IMakr store correctly, they would send something as big and heavy as a Cubicon Single to Europe (i.e. Germany) for 20€ and the claim this is by courier.

Depends on the DHL service. DHL express, or DHL economy. Economy travels by road, and takes a few extra days. Considerably cheaper, especially for bulky items.

Seems like the "ground shipping" just got a bit cheaper and the shipping options are better explained now.
So complaining can have a positive effect.
