Error MaxTempExceeded on heater 0

Hi! We use RAISE3D E2 printer.

We got an error at the display.

Error MaxTempExceeded on heater 0
Error--001

Log and screen in attach.

What shoul we do to fix it?

Heater 0 is referring to the bed tempature and based on the log it looks like the printer is not reading a tempature at all and I reccomend inspecting the thermocouple under the bed. You can follow this guide to gain access to the thermocouple https://support.raise3d.com/E2/how-to-r ... -1042.html

Conclusion: As a result of the diagnosis, a factory defect of the temperature sensor was detected.The temperature sensor of the printing table has been replaced.
