In the wee small hours of last night my Pro2 ran out of filament. I got up to pay it some attention (which activity led to it being named THE_BABY ) and discovered that the print head had jumped out of register. Actually, quite a jump!
Any ideas what would have caused the print head to leap that far off 'Y' registration?

It caught or the belt slipped. Have you kept up with the lubrication?

It is very likely that the hot end caught the part and caused this layer shift and when it broke free it continued the print in the wrong place. Can you let me know how long the print was left in the paused state due to the runout?
