It would be a huge help if Raise3d posted a PDF showing an exploded view with part numbers. Their service is outstanding, but you are selling an industrial rated tool to high end users. I own both a PRO and PRO Plus, an over $10K investment; these printers need to be up and running, not sending parts requests to customer service, trying to describe parts, and send pictures back and forth.
It would be a lot easier and more efficient to post an exploded view of the printer, so the customer and service can quickly and easily identify parts including assemblies and cables. This would eliminate the back and forth time delay in troubleshooting and parts identification. It would save all of us time and money.
