Problem with platform crashing into nozzle

Postby MdMed » Wed Aug 12, 2020 1:58 pm

Hi there,

we use a Pro2 for printing anatomical models. It worked flawlessly in the past but since today, whenever we try to start a print, the printing platform gets pushed into the nozzle and gets jammed. The only way to stop it then is to turn off the machine. We ran through the leveling again as described in the manual and tried printing a model that was previously printed successfully.

Any ideas?

Are you using the icons in the utility tab if the bed moves in the proper direction? Up is up and down is down.
Please make sure that your Z-offset has been set properly.
