PETG print problem
HI, have problem when printing PETG (on all PETG filaments that I have).
First layer is good always , but each other is like big amount of filament extruded .
I try flow settings from 100% to 80% no result.
No result when table calibration was reapplied.
My print settings in attachment.
On photo HDglass - See Through Red formfutura filament.

Have you tried adding some EXTRA RESTART on the Extruder tab? Depending on setup and nozzle size I've added as much as 1.5mm of restart on a PETG print - don't think you'll need that much with a .4mm nozzle, but that's the first knob I'd turn.

Have you tried slowing down? With a 0.4mm nozzle I can't print PETG faster than 50mm/s or the extruder backs up. Maybe you just have too much back pressure and aren't extruding consistently.

No reaction from the reseller during this time (more than a year), I cannot work normally with the printer.
A new one was added to all the previous problems with printing. There is a large model, a small fragment was cut from it for the test, it prints well, when printing the same model, problems only begin, the layers are displaced.
For work, I thought about purchasing several more Raise3d printers, but with such an attitude to the problems of customers with equipment, I think to give up this thought

In that case https://forum.raise3d.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=20117 problem was sold only on code that was send from raise3d, no result if I do slicing in ideaMaker, but I can'n write topics for all models I need to print ((

To help with your current issue I would like to know if the ringing on the outside of the print is the same all the way around the print or is it only in one direction?

check if bed goes down(and up) every time you send it by 0.01mm (another word - check you Z coupler).
Only with PETG? and abs, pla ? prints good? haha

Since the issue is around the entire part this could be an issue with z-banding and something that can help is slowing the print down and so as a test can you try running the print but slow down the speeds a bit and see if you get better results.

I do not understand how the printing speed can affect the Z-axis.
Now the speed is 50mm, it is already so slow.
Any budget printer can print without problems at this speed. Why a premium segment printer Raise3D Pro can't print my model without problems?
I have problems with this printer from the beginning, it didn't even turn on the first time. The screen board was changed for me, the printer started up, but it never printed a single model normally. There are always some problems.
Why should I tolerate indifference support for so long time?
Now the speed is 50mm, it is already so slow.

I do apologize if the support you have received was not up to our standards. The reason I would like for you to try printing at a slower speed for a test is to see if this is somewhat related to print settings or is there an issue with the printer mechanically that we should be addressing. We are only keeping the print speeds lower than 50mm for this one print and afterwards, we will be moving them back up to their previous values.
We can also go towards the idea that this is a mechanical issue and to help diagnose this can I have you first disable the stepper motors by navigating to the Utilities menu of the touch screen then pressing the icon with a red X through it. Once you have done this we can then move the print head around by hand and see if we feel any binding or resistance in any direction. If you do not feel any we can check for a loose coupler by re-enableing the motors by telling the printer to move the print head in either the X or Y direction as this will enable all the stepper motors. Once we have done this i would like for you to try moving the print head and see if you feel any movement along an axis. We are expecting the print head to not move at all in this case and if it does then that does indicate there is a loose screw we need to retightent

Thanks for the answer. I checked shafts, belts and couplings, no defects were found.
Also, earlier I took the printer to a reseller, they also did not reveal any defects in the mechanics.
They assumed that the problem was with the motherboard, but did not replace it.

Thank you for the update. It would be very odd for the motion controller board to do this, but something I would like to try here is to have you print the attached file that I have sliced for PETG and send me a picture of what the results are so I can compare it to your previous results.
What this should show is if the issue is occurring with a model with very few changes in geometry and if it is more consistent then the issue may be the changes in geometry in your part and we can make adjustments to the template to help compensate for this.

Thank you for the picture. From this I can confidently say the issue is not mechanical as the model ( while having some issues with start and end points) does not show the same shifting as the larger model and what I believe the issue is, is that with some of the internal changes in geometry in your print there are different print speeds and amounts of material where the issues are showing and these are causing distortions in the outer shell. The best way to help mitigate this would be to slow down the outer shell speed a bit to help make a cleaner surface.
