New Manual for New Software

Postby Vagulus » Wed Apr 22, 2020 6:02 am

I have just changed to ideaMaker v. 3.5.2.4098. It has a changed interface including this whole new section
2020-04-22_13-52-34-640x441.png

There is no reference to this in any copy of the ideaMaker Manual I can find.

Is there a manual which deals with this section?
Where do I get it?

Thanks

That looks like it has a considerable number of updates.
I'll work from this now.
Is it regularly updated?

You mean software or manual?
We update the software pretty often. The frequency depends on whether we find any critical bugs or any products newly released or going to release needs a software update. So it depends.
From this page you can check how many versions of ideaMaker we have released and when they were released. https://www.raise3d.com/download/ideama ... -versions/

The manuals are normally updated following to software updates.

The manual that is on our website does have some nex features missing and we are currently working on the latest version to cover all of the new features in the latest version of ideaMaker.

Hi Vicky
since I installed the 3.5.3 release I get a lot of bugs, if I leave the Ideamaker open with a part imported, and I put the computer on sleep mode when I re-start it, I cannot select and cancel it, it keep saying "please select a item", even if I use the "select all" command in the modify menu.

All other software I leave on , work the same as before the lelep mode was activated .

By mistake I installed it in French instead of English, there is a way to change the language or I need to re-install it ?

Are you using ideaMaker on Windows?
We have found that ideaMaker is currently having issue with Windowns Sleep Mode due to graphic card settings. We are still trying to figure out how we can avoid.
