Raise3D Pro 2 nozzle clogs using IONIC filament

Postby Circuit_Jack » Sun Nov 24, 2019 8:09 pm

I got a roll of Ionic filament to print supports the are water-soluble at high print temperatures. the filament just keeps expanding after the bondtech extruder from the stander 1.75mm diameter to 1.95mm and I believe that is the cause of the problem front cooling fan is work just fine i know that it can cause this problem if it doesn't push enough air. i bin able to get the diameter to 1.85mm by using thermal compound on the heat sink and it still jams. The recommend temp for this filament is 235 to 255 C. It also absorbs moisture. Please send suggestions and helpfully ideas
